In Stock! Here is a completely rebuilt Steinway model M at a great price. Originally built in 1913 during the golden age of pre-war Steinways and just back from a complete top-down restoration. Nothing but Steinway parts were used (see photos), the nickel hardware was all re-plated and polished and the cabinet has been finished in ebony satin. Look at the photos, it really turned out brilliantly but what do you expect from 12 months of effort? Even the original oversized duet bench has been repaired and refinished. A full regulation and concert level tuning have been performed. It could use some break in time, and it is just now coming into its own, but it will be a joy for someone to own for generations to come. At 5’ 7” it is the perfect size for most homes and is the most chosen of all the Steinway models. New these are $98,700 so at this price it represents a true bargain, but you really must come and play it to see what all the fuss is about.
