Warranty Claims

All piano damage is subject to repair under the applicable warranty. Manufacturer Warranties or Orpheus Warranty conditions apply. Please inspect your piano upon delivery and contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
