Finished in triple black ebony polish with matching black felt it has a sort of Darth Vader-ish vibe to it and that pretty well sums it up tonally as well. Dark, powerful and authoritative, it is definitely not for the squeamish. 

Featuring the renowned Millennium III action with ABS-Carbon (see photo) this barely broken in RX-2 will delight an advanced player and provide years of pleasure for generations to come. Just out of our shop where it received a complete regulation, voicing and concert tuning from one of the area’s top technicians and then was buffed and polished to a high sheen. It is as close to new as you are ever likely to find. It is a perfect example of why they are admired by professional pianists around the globe.
